At Frontline Inspections, PLLC, we offer thorough home inspection services in Houston and many surrounding areas. The licensed home inspector abides by the strict Standards of Practice (SOP) as required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). TREC License # 22170
The inspection is completely non-invasive and entails a visual walk-through evaluation of the home’s safely accessible areas, including the following:

It is important for prospective clients to understand that TREC "does not require the use of (i) specialized equipment, including but not limited to : (I) thermal imaging equipment; (II) moisture meters; (III) gas or carbon monoxide detection equipment; or (VI) ladders capable of reaching surfaces over one story above ground surfaces." While this is not required per their standards of practice, at Frontline Inspections, PLLC we strive for excellence. I understand that exceptional service entails providing a higher level of inspection performance. That said, I use certain specialized equipment and attempt to walk each roof that is safely accessible to perform the inspection.
