Your report includes detailed findings, expandable photographs, thermal images when applicable, and corresponding videos to help clearly document observed conditions. You can expect to receive notification that your inspection report is ready to view within 48 hours of the inspection.

Throughout the inspection process, you will receive emails with links to your Client Portal, which can be accessed from both desktop and mobile devices. Through the secure client portal, you can review and sign pre-inspection agreements, make payments, view invoices, access your inspection reports, and manage other inspection-related documents.
