Crawl Space Inspection

Crawl Space Inspections

While crawling underneath a home may not sound appealing, it is an important part of a thorough home inspection. As a buyer, you want the inspection report to be as detailed as possible when closing on your new home. If your prospective home has a crawl space, rest easy, crawl space inspections are included as a regular part of our standard inspection which is conducted by a licensed home inspector.

A crawl space inspection is an essential part of the home inspection. When we perform crawl space inspections we check for any potential foundation problems like cracks or settling, as well as the condition of floor framing and the quality of ventilation. We also look for any signs of possible damage caused by pests, moisture damage, organic growths, and any potential wiring and plumbing problems.
