Water Well Inspection

Water wells are a major component of homes without access to a public water system and are not included in standard home inspections A client purchasing homes served by a water well should certainly have the well inspected.  

Our well inspection includes a limited evaluation of:

• Condition and elevation of the well’s casing and associated above ground piping.
• Evaluation of the system’s pressure tank.
• Inspection of the well’s visible electrical system and associated pressure switches.
• Observations of the system’s performance.

We do not collect water samples for analysis nor do we perform Coliform or e-coli bacteria tests.
